Limited to 15 participants ★Instructor Profile: Eshani Patel★ A Los Angeles-based dancer and choreographer with over 1.5 million followers across social media. She is widely recognized for her unique dance style that fuses Indian and Western cultures. She trained in Bharatanatyam for 7 years from a young age and completed her Arangetram. During her undergraduate years at the University of Pennsylvania, she was a member of the competitive Bollywood fusion dance team “Penn Masti,” serving as the female lead in her senior year. While in dental school, she also performed with the national all-star Bollywood fusion team “Aluminati Dance.” After graduating, she moved to Los Angeles and expanded her training into Western dance styles such as hip-hop, shuffle, and house. Since 2020, she has rapidly grown her social media presence, coined the hashtag #desishuffle, and gained global recognition for blending shuffle footwork with South Asian dance and music styles. In 2021, she co-founded “DesiFuze” and began teaching workshops internationally.
